These terms govern your use of the Digital Center website, digitalcenteriq.com, and the general framework for working with us when you request our services. By using the site or contacting us about a project, you accept these terms.

Where anything here differs from what's agreed in writing in a project proposal or agreement, the proposal or agreement applies to that project.

The website's content describes our services and how we work. Service descriptions and examples are general, and don't on their own create a project agreement or commit us to a particular scope, price or timeline.

For each project we agree with you on the scope, deliverables, timeline, price, revision rounds and each side's responsibilities — usually in a written quote before work begins.

A project includes only what's in the agreed scope. Additional requests may need a revised quote or timeline.

The cost of each project is based on its requirements and scope; we don't publish fixed prices.

The payment method and schedule are agreed for each project individually and set out in its proposal or agreement.

A project's duration depends on its scope and complexity, on how quickly reviews and feedback come in, on the availability of required materials, and on any agreed dependencies. We agree a clear timeline with defined stages with you before work begins.

Delays in materials or feedback, or changes to the scope, may affect the timeline — in which case we agree the revised timeline with you.

To keep a project on track, we ask you to:

• Provide accurate, clear requirements and information.
• Supply the content, materials and access the project needs, where required.
• Review each stage and send feedback within a reasonable time.
• Make sure you have the right to use any content, images, logos or materials you give us.

Revisions follow what the agreed project scope sets out; we don't offer unlimited revisions. Major new requests or scope changes may affect the price and timeline, and we agree them with you before doing the work.

A project may rely on outside services with their own fees and terms, such as:

• Hosting and domain names.
• Payment gateways and external APIs.
• App stores (Apple and Google).
• Licensed fonts, images, icons and other assets.
• Any other third-party software or services.

These services are governed by their providers' terms and policies, and we don't control their availability, pricing or policy changes.

After full payment and final delivery, the client owns the project-specific source code and files — including the project's design files where they're part of the agreed deliverables.

Third-party services and licenses — such as fonts, assets, libraries, hosting, domains and APIs — remain subject to their providers' terms and licenses.

Generic, reusable tools and components that aren't specific to the client's project may be reused by Digital Center in other work.

We don't show client work publicly without the client's explicit permission.

The projects in the Concept Lab are Digital Center concepts — not client work — with fictional names and data.

We provide 30 days of free support after delivery to fix issues in the delivered work.

New features, additional functionality or scope changes are separate work with their own quote. Ongoing maintenance can be agreed separately.

We follow security-conscious implementation practices, but no software or system can be guaranteed to be completely error-free or immune to every risk. Outages or changes in third-party services are outside our direct control.

We may update or change the website, and it may be temporarily unavailable for technical reasons or maintenance.

The website links to outside services such as WhatsApp and email. These services have their own terms and policies.

You may not use the website:

• For any unlawful purpose.
• To try to disrupt or abuse it.
• To attempt unauthorized access to any part of it or its systems.

Our obligations on any project are those set by its agreed scope. Third-party services carry their own responsibilities and terms. The website's content is informational and is no substitute for a project proposal or agreement.

We may update these terms when our services or the way the site works change, and we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page.

WhatsApp is our primary contact channel, and email is the alternative. We respond within one business day.
