01How is database project pricing calculated?
We don't use fixed prices. Cost depends on the size of the data model and the number of tables and relationships, the state of your current data and whether it needs migration and cleanup, integrations, permissions and backups. Once we understand your requirements, we send a written quote stating what's included and what isn't.
02Can you redesign an existing database?
Yes. We review the current structure and identify its problems — duplication, slowness or missing relationships — then propose a new structure and a transition plan that preserves your data and minimizes downtime as far as possible.
03Can you migrate my existing data?
Yes, when in scope. We migrate data from Excel, CSV or existing systems, unifying formats and removing duplicates, then verify the migrated data with you for completeness.
04Can it connect to websites, apps and dashboards?
Yes. We design the database to serve your systems and connect it to your website, app or dashboard through secure APIs, or to existing systems as far as they allow.
05Can different users have different permissions?
Yes. Roles can be defined so each user or system reads or edits only the data it's allowed to — such as a specific branch or department — when in scope.
06How do you approach backups?
When in scope, we agree with you on a backup plan that fits how critical your data is — frequency, retention and storage location — and we actually test restoring, rather than just checking that backups exist. Details depend on the server or service used.
07Can the database scale later?
Yes. We design the structure to absorb additional tables, fields and data as your business grows; new extensions are delivered as a separate phase with their own quote.
08Will I receive the project files and code?
Yes. After full payment and final delivery, you own the schema, configuration and code specific to your project. Third-party services and licenses — such as servers or paid database engines — remain governed by their providers' terms, and we may reuse our generic tools and components that aren't specific to your project.
09What support is included after delivery?
We provide 30 days of free support after delivery to fix any issue in the delivered work. New features or scope changes are priced separately.
