Service 06 · Design the Experience
Interfaces designed to be understood and used, not just to look good.
We start with your users and business goals, shape the structure and flows before choosing colors, and arrive at an interface that's clear, consistent and easy to use — ready to build, on every screen size and in both languages.

§ 01What we design
Design that starts with how your product is used, not with colors
UI/UX isn't about making screens pretty. It's about helping people get what they came for quickly and clearly, making the interface serve your business goals, and giving developers a design they can build without guessing.
What the work covers
- 01Users & requirementsWho uses the product, which tasks they need to complete, and what your business needs from it.
- 02Information architecture & user flowsOrganizing sections and pages, and mapping the steps people take to complete each task.
- 03Wireframes & interface designScreen structure first, then final responsive interfaces with consistent type, spacing and color.
- 04Component systems & prototypesA component library with its states, and an interactive prototype to test before development, when needed.
- 05Improving existing interfacesReviewing a current website or app, pinpointing where people struggle, and redesigning it with a clear plan.
- 06New products from scratchFrom idea and requirements to a complete design that's ready to build.
Who this service is for

- Web applications and mobile apps
- Dashboards and internal business systems
- E-commerce stores
- Existing products that need a redesign
- Startups validating a product interface before development
§ 02Design standards
What we commit to in every interface we design
Clear rules that make a design usable and buildable — not just a nice picture.
- Usability first
- Every screen serves a clear task, with fewer steps and labels people understand.
- Considered structure & flows
- Information architecture and user flows are settled before the visual layer.
- Consistent down to the details
- Unified type, spacing, color and components across every screen.
- A clear grid & type scale
- A column grid and fixed type and spacing scales that make reading and building easier.
- Responsive design
- Designs for phone, tablet and desktop, as your project requires.
- Accessibility-conscious
- Sufficient color contrast, comfortable tap targets and visible focus states, guided by WCAG.
- Arabic & English done right
- Layouts that mirror properly for each language, with type chosen for Arabic — not just a translation.
- A component system that scales
- Components with their states — default, hover, focus, error, disabled — where appropriate.
- Ready to build
- Organized files and specs for developers, so the interface is built as designed.
§ 03Design stages
From requirements to a responsive prototype ready to build
An illustrative design for a demo web app that books workspaces and meeting rooms: six stages of the same product.

Good to know
- Third-party services and licenses — such as hosting or paid plugins — remain under their providers' terms.
- Generic, reusable tools and components may be reused in other projects; everything specific to your project stays yours.

§ 07UI/UX questions
Before you start your design project
Didn't find your answer? Send us your question directly — we respond within one business day.
01What's the difference between UI and UX?
UX (user experience) is about how the product works: who uses it, which tasks they complete, and how information and steps are organized so it's easy and clear. UI (user interface) is what people see: type, color, spacing and components. We work on both together, because a beautiful interface with a confusing flow doesn't serve your business.
02Can you redesign an existing website or app?
Yes. We review the current interface, identify where it's hard to use or inconsistent, and propose either a full redesign or targeted improvements, depending on your needs and the project scope.
03Do you design Arabic RTL and English LTR interfaces?
Yes. We design layouts that work correctly in each direction, with type suited to Arabic and attention to text length, numbers and directional icons — not just a mirrored screen.
04Do you provide responsive phone, tablet and desktop designs?
Yes. We agree on the required breakpoints in the project scope and design each screen to work properly at each size — rearranged, not just scaled down.
05Do you provide interactive prototypes?
Yes, when the project needs one. A prototype links the screens so your team or users can try the flows before development; its level of detail is set in the quote.
06Will developers receive handoff files and specs?
Yes. We deliver organized files with specs for spacing, type, color and component states, plus the exported assets, and we answer implementation questions during the support period.
07Can I order UI/UX design without development?
Yes. UI/UX can be ordered as a standalone service with the files handed to your own development team, or combined with our development services in a single project.
08How is pricing determined?
We don't use fixed prices. Cost depends on the number of screens and flows, the breakpoints required, languages, whether you need a component system or a prototype, and the agreed number of revision rounds. Once we understand your requirements, we send a written quote stating what's included and what isn't.
09How long does a design project take?
It depends on the size of the product, the number of screens and the stages required. We agree on a timeline with clear stages and review dates before work begins.
10Who owns the final design files?
You do. After full payment and final delivery, you own the design files and deliverables specific to your project. Third-party fonts, icons, images and tools remain subject to their own licenses and terms, and we may reuse our generic tools and components that aren't specific to your project.
11What support is included after delivery?
We provide 30 days of free support after delivery to answer implementation questions and fix any issue in the delivered design. New screens or scope changes are priced separately.
