01How is the price of a store calculated?
We don't use fixed prices. Cost depends on the number of pages, catalog size and product options, features such as customer accounts and order management, payment and delivery integrations, and languages. Once we understand your requirements, we send a written quote stating what's included and what isn't.
02Can you connect payment gateways?
Yes, when needed. We connect the store to the online payment methods available in your market whose providers offer a technical integration, alongside options such as cash on delivery. This usually requires an account in your name with the payment provider, whose fees and terms follow the provider's policy.
03Can you connect delivery or shipping companies?
Yes, as far as the delivery companies offer a technical integration. We can also set up delivery zones and rates that you manage yourself from the store's admin.
04Can the store be in Arabic and English?
Yes. We build bilingual stores with the correct direction for each language and clear product names, descriptions and prices in both. This is defined in the project scope.
05Can you migrate my existing store?
Yes. We review your current store first, then migrate products and categories — and whatever customer and order data your current platform allows us to export — as defined in the scope.
06Can the store grow later?
Yes. We build with a structure that takes more products, orders and features. Additions are delivered as a separate phase with their own quote.
07Will I receive the source code?
Yes. After full payment and final delivery, ownership of your store's project-specific source code and files passes to you. Third-party services and licenses — such as payment providers and hosting — remain under their own terms, and we may reuse our generic tools and components that aren't specific to your project.
08What support do I get after delivery?
30 days of free support to fix any issue in the delivered store. New features or changes to the scope are quoted separately.
