01How is pricing calculated?
We don't use fixed prices, because every project is different. Cost depends on scope: the number of pages or screens, required features, integrations and timeline. Once we understand your requirements, we send a written quote stating what's included and what isn't — before any work starts.
02How long does a project take?
It depends on size and complexity; a company website is usually faster than an app or a full system. We set a milestone-based timeline in the quote and tell you in advance about any change to it.
03Do you work with clients outside Iraq?
Yes. We serve clients across Iraq and the Arab world, working remotely through video calls, WhatsApp and documented delivery stages.
04Who owns the project and code after delivery?
Ownership and usage rights are defined clearly in the project agreement before we start, along with exactly what you receive at handover — such as files, access credentials and the documentation you need.
05What happens after delivery?
You get 30 days of free support to fix any issue in the delivered project. New features or changes to the scope are quoted separately.
06Can the project be expanded later?
Yes. We build with an architecture that can be extended, and new features are delivered as a separate phase with their own quote. If you have an existing project, we can review it and assess what's possible before making any offer.
07Do I need technical knowledge to start?
No. Just explain your idea and goal — we'll translate it into clear technical requirements and explain every decision in plain language.
