Service 07 · Design the Experience
A visual identity that works as a system, not just a logo.
We build your brand's identity from a clear direction: a logo and its variations, colors and type with usage rules, supporting graphics, and real applications on screen and paper — in Arabic and English, with files that are ready to use.

§ 01What we design
A visual identity is more than a logo
The logo is only the starting point. An identity is a system of rules and elements that keeps your brand consistent and recognizable wherever it appears — from a business card to your website and app.
What the work covers
- 01Visual directionWe define the brand's personality and how it should look and feel before drawing any logo.
- 02Logo & variationsA primary logo plus horizontal, stacked and symbol-only versions for light and dark backgrounds.
- 03Color & type systemsColors with clear roles and proportions, and matched Arabic and Latin typefaces with a defined scale.
- 04Supporting elementsPatterns, shapes and icons where needed, giving the brand a visual language of its own.
- 05Applications & guidelinesThe identity applied to real materials, with written rules for using it correctly.
- 06Refining an existing identityReviewing a current identity and organizing or updating it instead of starting over, when that's the better route.

§ 02Design standards
What we commit to in every identity we design
Rules that make an identity usable every day — not just a nice presentation.
- Direction before drawing
- Every visual decision traces back to the brand's personality and audience, not a passing trend.
- A precisely built logo
- A construction grid, proportions, clear space and a minimum size, so it stays legible at any size.
- A version for every use
- Horizontal, stacked and symbol-only versions, for light and dark backgrounds.
- A considered color system
- Roles and proportions for each color, with contrast checked for text and interfaces.
- Matched Arabic & Latin type
- Carefully chosen typefaces with a clear scale for headings and text in both languages.
- A consistent visual language
- Patterns, icons and supporting graphics that follow the same identity rules.
- A bilingual identity
- A logo and layouts that work in Arabic and English, with RTL and LTR in mind.
- Ready for screen and print
- Files in the right formats and color values for digital use — and for print when it's in scope.
- Clear usage rules
- Do's and don'ts, so your team and partners keep the identity intact after delivery.
§ 03Building the identity
One brand, from direction to application
An illustrative identity for a demo coffee roastery called “Athal”: six stages of the same brand. The name, mark and details are entirely fictional.
- 01
Brand direction
The brand's personality, keywords and where it sits between opposites.
- 02
Logo construction
The symbol on its construction grid, then the logo variations.
- 03
Color system
Color roles, values and real contrast ratios.
- 04
Typography
Matched Arabic and Latin typefaces with a clear scale.
- 05
Visual language
The supporting pattern and icons, built on the same rules.
- 06
Applications
Packaging, business card, letterhead and website.

§ 07Visual identity questions
Before you start your identity project
Didn't find your answer? Send us your question directly — we respond within one business day.
01Is a visual identity just a logo?
No. The logo is one part of it. An identity also covers colors, typography, supporting elements, the rules for using them, and how they apply to different materials — so your brand looks consistent wherever it appears.
02Can you redesign an existing identity?
Yes. We review your current identity first, then propose either a refresh that keeps what your customers already recognize, or a full redesign if that serves your brand better.
03Do you design Arabic and English identities?
Yes. We design the logo and layouts to work in both languages, with matched typefaces and attention to RTL and LTR in materials and interfaces, when that's in scope.
04What files do I receive?
They're listed in your quote, and usually include the logo and its variations in screen formats, the color palette with its values, the type system, the agreed applications, and print files and brand guidelines when they're in scope.
05Do I receive editable source files?
Yes. After full payment and final delivery, you receive the editable design files specific to your project.
06Can you prepare files for print and digital use?
Yes. We prepare screen files in formats suited to websites and apps, and print files with the appropriate color values when print is part of the project scope.
07Do you provide brand guidelines?
Yes, when included in the scope. The guidelines bring together the rules for the logo, colors, type and elements, with examples of correct and incorrect use.
08How many revisions are included?
The number of revision rounds is agreed in your quote according to the project scope; additional rounds or new concepts outside that scope are priced separately.
09How is pricing determined?
We don't use fixed prices. Cost depends on the scope of the identity, the number of variations and applications, languages, and whether you need full guidelines or print files. Once we understand your requirements, we send a written quote stating what's included and what isn't.
10How long does an identity project take?
It depends on the scope of the identity, the number of applications and the review stages. We agree on a timeline with clear stages before work begins.
11Who owns the final identity?
You do. After full payment and final delivery, you own the design files and deliverables specific to your project. Third-party fonts, mockups, icons, stock assets and other external resources remain subject to their own licenses, and we may reuse our generic tools and components that aren't specific to your project.
12What support is included after delivery?
We provide 30 days of free support after delivery to fix any issue in the delivered files. New applications or scope changes are priced separately.
