01How is dashboard pricing calculated?
We don't use fixed prices. Cost depends on the number of screens and indicators, data sources and integrations, roles and permissions, exports and languages. Once we understand your requirements, we send a written quote stating what's included and what isn't.
02Can it connect to an existing database?
Yes, in most cases. We first review your database, its structure and access permissions, then agree the right secure way to connect as part of the project scope.
03Can it connect to APIs or existing systems?
Yes, when the system offers a suitable interface. If it doesn't, we propose an alternative such as a new API or a scheduled data import, defined in the scope.
04Can different employees see different data?
Yes. Roles and permissions can be set so each user sees only the data and actions they're allowed — for example a specific branch or department.
05Can reports be exported?
Yes, when in scope. We agree in advance which reports are needed and the right export formats for them.
06Does it work on mobile and tablet?
Yes. We design dashboards for desktop, tablet and phone, with indicators and tables arranged for smaller screens.
07Can the dashboard be in Arabic and English?
Yes. We build bilingual dashboards whose interfaces and charts mirror correctly for each language. This is defined in the project scope.
08Will I receive the source code?
Yes. After full payment and final delivery, ownership of your dashboard's project-specific source code and files passes to you. Third-party services and licenses remain under their own terms, and we may reuse our generic tools and components that aren't specific to your project.
09Can screens and indicators be added later?
Yes. We build with a structure that allows new screens, indicators and data sources, delivered as a separate phase with their own quote.
