01How is the price of a website calculated?
We don't use fixed prices. Cost depends on the number of pages and sections, the features you need — such as forms or content management — languages and integrations. Once we understand your requirements, we send a written quote stating what's included and what isn't.
02How long does website development take?
It depends on the site's scope and requirements. We agree a milestone-based timeline with you before work starts, and tell you in advance about any change to it.
03Can the website be in Arabic and English?
Yes. We build bilingual sites with the correct direction for each language — right-to-left for Arabic, left-to-right for English — and suitable typography for both. This is defined in the project scope.
04Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We review your current site first, identify what can be kept and what needs redesigning or rebuilding, and propose the right scope before making any offer.
05Will I receive the source code?
Yes. After full payment and final delivery, ownership of your site's project-specific source code and files passes to you. Third-party services and licenses remain under their own terms, and we may reuse our generic tools and components that aren't specific to your project.
06Can the website be expanded later?
Yes. We build with components and a structure that make new pages and features straightforward to add. Additions are delivered as a separate phase with their own quote.
07Do you help with hosting and domain setup?
Yes, when needed. Hosting setup and domain connection can be included as part of delivering the site and are defined in the scope. Hosting and domain services remain under their providers' terms.
08What support do I get after delivery?
30 days of free support to fix any issue in the delivered site. New features or changes to the scope are quoted separately.
