01How is the price of an app calculated?
We don't use fixed prices. Cost depends on the number of screens and features, the platforms you need, integrations with systems and databases, whether there's an admin dashboard, and languages. Once we understand your requirements, we send a written quote stating what's included and what isn't.
02How long does app development take?
It depends on the app's scope and requirements. We agree a milestone-based timeline with you before work starts, and tell you in advance about any change to it.
03Android, iOS, or both?
It depends on your audience and your project. We can build per platform or use a shared codebase that runs on both, and we'll explain the right option before we start. Publishing requires developer accounts in your name with Apple and Google and is subject to their review and terms.
04Can the app connect to an existing system or database?
Yes, where a suitable connection such as an API is available. We review your current system first; if there's no suitable interface, one can be built as part of the project scope.
05Can the app include an admin dashboard?
Yes. We can build a web dashboard to manage content, users and requests; its features are defined in the project scope.
06Can the app be in Arabic and English?
Yes. We build bilingual apps whose interfaces mirror correctly for each language. This is defined in the project scope.
07Will I receive the source code?
Yes. After full payment and final delivery, ownership of your app's project-specific source code and files passes to you. Third-party services and licenses — such as store accounts and cloud services — remain under their own terms, and we may reuse our generic tools and components that aren't specific to your project.
08Can features be added later?
Yes. We build with a structure that allows new features, delivered as a separate phase with their own quote.
09What support do I get after delivery?
30 days of free support to fix any issue in the delivered app. New features or changes to the scope are quoted separately.
