Privacy Policy

Digital Center is a design and development studio providing software and design services. This policy explains what information may reach us when you use our website, digitalcenteriq.com, or contact us — and how we use it.

You don't need to provide any information to browse the site. You may choose to share information when you request a project or contact us, such as:

• Your name.
• The type of project.
• A short description of your project.
• Your preferred contact method.
• Anything else you send us through WhatsApp or email — including the phone number or email address you contact us from.

The project request form on the Contact page and the quote form on the homepage run entirely in your browser: they turn what you type into a structured message, then open WhatsApp with that message ready to send.

The site doesn't send or store form data on a server of ours. Nothing reaches us unless you choose to send the message from WhatsApp. The “Copy message” button on the homepage only copies the text to your device's clipboard.

WhatsApp is our primary contact channel. When you open a chat or send a message through WhatsApp, that interaction is also subject to WhatsApp's (Meta's) own terms and privacy policy. We don't control how WhatsApp processes information.

If you email us, your message passes through your email provider and ours (our address is a Google Gmail account). We keep correspondence as long as needed to reply to you and follow up on your enquiry or project.

When you choose light or dark mode with the theme button, the site saves your choice in your browser's local storage (localStorage) under the name dc-theme, so the site keeps your preferred look on later visits. It isn't used for tracking or advertising, and you can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

The current version of the site doesn't use analytics tools, or tracking or advertising scripts or cookies, and the site itself doesn't set cookies. That's why there's no cookie consent banner. If we add tools like these in future, we'll update this policy.

The site is made of static pages hosted on Google's Firebase Hosting. As with any website, hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically process standard technical information — such as IP address, request details, browser and device type, and security logs — according to their own systems and policies. Fonts and images are served with the site itself; the site doesn't load resources from outside services while you browse.

We use the information you send us to:

• Reply to your enquiry.
• Understand your project's requirements.
• Communicate with you about the services you've asked for.
• Deliver and support the work we've agreed on.
• Keep things secure and running, where needed.

We don't use it to build advertising profiles, and we don't send marketing messages or newsletters.

We don't sell your information. Service providers we rely on may process some information as part of what they do — WhatsApp when you message us, email providers, and our hosting provider. We may also share information where the law requires it.

We follow reasonable, security-conscious practices — such as serving the site over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and not collecting data we don't need. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, though.

The site links to outside services such as WhatsApp and your device's email app. These services have their own privacy policies, and we're not responsible for their practices.

Our services are aimed at business and project owners, and we don't knowingly ask children for information.

We may update this policy when the site's features or the way we handle information change, and we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page.
